Shirring FINALLY did it.
I busted out the elastic thread tonight and finally learned how to shirr. It really wasn't hard at all, but I had to tighten my bobbin case on my Brother to get it to finally do it right. There is a great tutorial on u-tube if you need to know for your machine.
